Chants during UCONN free throws last night..

If anyone was at the game last night (or could tell what they were saying on tv), what were the fans chanting during UCONN's free throw attempts? I rewound a couple times last night, but couldn't make it out. Sounded like a few different chants.

Something about their socks being on fire.

I heard the Pep Band quite a bit. Things like, "the ball is bigger than the rim" "Hey! Your shooting *insert random object*" etc. They basically yell a lot of random things, and it's actually kind of effective. And it makes the band alumni very proud.

Pretty sure I've heard the band chant that at games back in the early 2000s when I was a student.

Sounds like that and a few others last night. Nothing about a green card however

The only one I could make out on TV was when Lamb was shooting free throws and they were chanting "U-G-L-Y you ain't got no alibi you ugly"

Random ?. Why can't they chant "start the bus" anymore? It's no worse than some of the chants they still do

A decade or so ago, we did, "Hey, your shoe's untied," for shot 1, followed by, "Hey, your sock's untied," for the second shot. I suspect that is what you heard.

Also, for the chant you were wondering about, the sock one was "Hey you, your sock is untied." This was after we did a "shoe is untied chant." Normal band nonsense.

It was suggested by our director, who is an alumni band member himself.
