I love this team, this staff and those players. So much heart, so much toughness. They will be a team that will be remembered. They set the tone for the Hoiberg era, and it's all uphill from here! Thanks for a great season guys! The countdown til next year has officially begun!

Amazing season. Like everyone else has said, we and the players have nothing to be ashamed of. Kentucky played great ball tonight. I'm gonna miss Scottie a lot and I hope we see Royce next season. He had a special night and it was good to see him help Davis up off the floor.

I told myself if ISU got past UConn, I'd consider everything else gravy.

Hard to convince myself of that now ... I'm a short-term sore-loser.

Give me 24 hours and beyond, I will find few reasons to complain about 2011-12. And I can find multiple reasons for praise about this team, especially the gradual transition from rag-tag underachievers in December to a dangerous tournament team in March.
