Thank you Scotty and CA!

After last season, I thought Diante Garrett would be the biggest senior I'd miss in a long, long time. While I still miss what he brought to this team, no words can explain how much Scotty and CA will be missed.

Scotty brought some serious shooting to the table. He showed extreme loyalty and passion for Iowa State. I don't know if we will ever see another player come through with his kind of passion for this team. I could definitely see him coming back in the future to help out with this program.

CA - one year with this guy and I'm in love with who he is. At times I was upset with him, at times I thought he was one of the top ten guards in the nation. When CA brought it like he did against UCONN and in spurts during this Kentucky game, he was nearly unstoppable. He and Jake Anderson played extremely well for only having one year with the this team.

Thank you, seniors, for everything you brought to this program. Not only did you revive Hilton Magic, but you revived the entire program in a state of uncertainty. Scottie's trust in Fred to stay here and CA's trust in Fred's transfer plan have shown just how much they respect for Cyclone nation. They will definitely never be forgotten for their input.

Go State!

Those two kids helped establish something great, and they will always be remembered for it. Very, very sad to see the last game for those guys in a Cyclone uniform, but they will ALWAYS be Cyclones.

Scotty thank you for all your years here. Tough time you stuck through and got to take in something nice at the end.

Chris thank you for the 1 year playing and 2 years as a Cyclone. Awesome leadership. Thank you for keeping Fred from getting kicked out tonight by holding him back.

Well said, I'm really gonna miss those two. Wow, what a fun highlight season they gave us in 2011-2012. TONS of program positives to take from it. Seniors are the best leaders i've seen in awhile. Heart is never something they lack...skills, either. :notworthy::notworthy::notworthy::notworthy::notworthy:

Loved having the privledge of watching you both this year as cyclones. Thanks for the many years on top of that Scotty. Best of luck to both of you going forward.

Scotty has been consistent his whole career and gotten better. Chris Allen transformed himself into a player that could fit within a team through out the year, for that I am extremely impressed with him and what he seems to be about. The change from December to March was nothing short of remarkable, good luck in your next steps both of you

Yes... these two were a large part of giving us a special season bring the Cyclones out of the basement.

I'll miss them both bigtime next year. I hope they continue on to have successful careers in whatever they end up doing (whether that be playing basketball or doing something else).

Chris Allen just gave ISU fans a TON of love for accepting him into our family nearly 2 years ago on the radio show. Great guy.

Couldnt agree more. After just hearing Chris Allen in the postgame, what a class act. He has helped build a solid foundation here and has nothing but thanks and praise for Ames, IA and ISU fans. He really elevated his play in this tournament and laid it all on the line and put a good showing on for ISU.

Scotty was awesome this season. I love his commitment to the team. His willingness to try and play PG was awesome. And his bounce back to playing SG was awesome. A great guy and a great player he will be missed.

Chris I wish you had another year. After seeing what CFH did with SC and DG I think Allen would have done well with another year. Thank you for a great year. You were an incredible addition to the cyclone family.

Scotty is one my of favorite Cyclone interviewees, he always was completely candid and honest, he didn't give boring platitudes. CA, he gained serious respect in his one year. Closed out with game tonite, he really loves big games and that dunk was sick!! You guys are great Cyclones and will be missed.
