He does. I think he is our best east coast recruiter. This certainly isn't good if he leaves.

If you ask the basketball analysts outside the state of Iowa I think you would be surprised to hear their responses. Iowa was pegged as a preseason top 5 team by one ESPN analyst and is ranked in the vast, vast majority of preseason top 25 polls
wouldn't make much sense since he's only been an assistant for 1 year...if he does leave then I would love if Tim Floyd could be an assistant if he got canned at UTEP..I know most people will disagree but it would be awesome for him to come back.

He is starting to become our primary recruiter so TJ can build his resume as associate head coach. I wouldn't directly correlate him to Royce White, but I would connect him directly to most of this year's recruiting class.
