    Just about to post this too... Qualification likely had to do with the transferring of schools between United States & Canada, along with the overall transfer process with the prep schools. Glad to hear he has been cleared and look forward to his presence next year.

    Correct. There were some issues that needed to be worked out and were not able to in time. That's why he was not available at semester.
