Today is by far the worst day of the year knowing that college basketball is over. 196 days until practice starts on Monday October 15th and 7 months until games start up again. I guess at least we have something to look forward next year with next years team. We will have even more to look forward hopefully depending on who our 2 remaining scholarships go to for the class of 2012!
Every year on this day I tell myself that I am going to try and get into baseball.
I turn on the game. 5 minutes later, I turn it off. That's enough baseball for the year. Bring on football.

A year from today it will be the best day ever...we will be national champs. I might be without a couch though
I have an extra one in storage just for burning!
We still have spring football to lean and I can usually follow baseball for the first month or so before checking out until September, so I'd say my worst sports day falls somewhere in May.
The only bigger turnoff than finding out a woman smokes, is finding out she's a Husker fan.

Solution= dont be a basketball fan. Been getting me through 21 years of life and I dont seem to be missing out. Than you also dont have to worry when your bracket is horrible every March because then you have a good excuse.
