Also, walk-on Tyler ellerman played. Had a dunk and some rebounds. Also played decent defense. Any ball that fell down below his shoulders though, was gonna be someone else's ball. Slow hands. Big body. Gonna be a good practice body and emergency big guy in case of foul trouble.

It was really good to see Tyrus directing the teams D. Real impressed with his leadership and offseason work. Looked good behind the line and dishing.

I spent about 10 seconds thinking about who you meant by D. Real.

    Major dumb moment.

    Re: 2012 Cap City League

I sat behind team Coca-Cola and it was cool to see Ejim giving pointers to Dorsey-Walker. He was coaching him up and Sherron was engaged. Never knew how much of a leader and stand up guy Melvin is but he had the attention of the entire team listening to him.

For the next game, sat behind Peak Performance (Bubu and Lucious) Bubu's techinical surprised me but what surprised me even more was that when the coach sat Lucious down for a break, he complained and soon checked himself back into the game without the coaches approval. Now, that's not gonna fly with Hoiberg and it seemed to **** the other guys on the bench off something fierce. Gotta love the Cap City League!

Anyone in attendance who can report tonight's results?

I like that Clyburn is doing the bulk of his scoring inside the 3-pt line. It seems like most of our scoring in the last few years is either from beyond the arc or point blank in the post. I guess I don't know if a lot of his shots are pull-up jumpers or getting all the way to the rim. I suppose either one is good for our offense and will prevent teams from just blanketing the 3-point line against us defensively.

Having a guy or two who can kill from mid range will open up the arc a little more.
