    Recruit: Akoy Agau

    He is a 4 star (ESPN) 3 star (Rivals) 6'9" recruit out of Omaha. I know we offered but have not heard anything on him. Are we out on him or is he a possibility for 2013?

    Akoy is solid! I didn't see on Rivals that we offered him though.. I know Memphis and a ton of other major schools are interested.

    Actually talked to him at a Drake game (the night after we beat KU), he came up to me and my friend in fact...nice kid, seems pretty smart as well.

    Would be a great get, but if we have not heard anything, he probably isn't interested. He seemed to visit UNC recently and Virginia previously. Looks like he is enjoying his visits. Roy looks to strike again in middle America. *Shakes fist in the air

    This will kind of help the initial question, thus far Akoy Agau has heard from Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Oregon, Louisville, Nebraska, Georgetown, Florida & Missouri according to 247 Sports.

    Sounds like UConn was his initial thought but the word on the street is that he is leaning towards Georgetown now. Sounds like he loved his visit and wants to play for John Thompson III.
