    Re: Jon Rothstein on Royce

I'd be concerned about him defensively, but his offensive game must be very intriguing to teams.

Cue the NBA haters who say they don't play defense.

ANdre Drummond = Andrew Bynum or the dude from UK that plays for the Kings. Lots of upside, will never reach it, and he doesn't care as long as he gets paid.

    Re: Jon Rothstein on Royce

The more I think about Royce in the NBA, the more I think he could be a stud in that league.

Royce isn't a scoring machine, and probably never will be. But that's why I like him and why I think he will be something special.

He isn't going to go in there and try to score a lot. He's going to be like something the NBA hardly ever sees... a truly unselfish player that just thrives off of making great passes. Put him on a team that has a few good scorers already, and he will light up the stat sheet with assists.

I don't see why a team wouldn't LOVE to have a guy like Royce White.

I believe that Royce will be the biggest mover on draft day. His handles, BB IQ, and brute strength sets him apart. Lebron James is able to move folks and impose his will because of his strength. Royce is stronger than James, and that is saying something. He truly could be a superstar at the next level.

I agree with the first part. I feel someone is going to trade up to the mid teens to snatch him.

The fact that Royce is stronger than James is not a bold claim at all... it's basically fact.

Fred said it was a real shame that Royce couldn't work out for the NBA teams because he said his strength numbers would be off the charts.

Lebron is the same size as James. So bold claim cotton.
