Edit: Awesome interview. Freddy talks about his conversations with McHale before the draft, and how he knew it would be a good fit because McHale likes hybrid players.
CFH got a text from MH at pick 14 saying the Rockets were going to take him.
He tried to find out if they were going to take him at 16 or 18, but didn't know until it was announced.
Royce had no idea, and CFH didn't tip him off. Said the look on his face was priceless.
