Wow, pretty much our entire pre-conference is on the new Cyclones.tv. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but that is going to be a pretty big change. Most of those used to be broadcast locally on TV, but will now only be available via the internet.

ISU 3rd Tier used to be shipped out to Mediacom on basketball. With the investment in Cyclones.TV, it wouldn't make sense to keep giving that to Mediacom.

Biggest change for me out of state is I used to get some of those games on DirecTV Full Court now they all will be available on cyclones.tv. Out of state I still need Full Court for the Big 12 Network games. At least there won't be several non-conference games that are inexplicable unavailable out of state. cyclones.tv takes care of all but a couple tournament games. I never expected that the LV games would be on cy.tv anyway.

How am I doing at selling cyclones.tv?

I wonder if some of these are place holders until a more concrete TV schedule comes out. If a network wants to pick one of these up, I doubt they would say no.

First five games on cyclones.tv, that is a huge upgrade over hoping mediacom22 picks it up with their ****** broadcast and even ******** announcers. Hopefully subscriptions are going to go through the roof when BBall rolls around!

I have season tickets and go to every game but I am not happy that almost every non conference game is on Cyclones.tv. I used to tape the games so I could watch the replay when I got home. Guess I can't do that anymore. My internet is too slow for Cyclones.tv to not buffer every second.
I didn't expect the UMKC game to get picked up but it kind of stinks that we will only have radio as an option. All my complaints aside, I am so excited for basketball season.
