I didn't know he was at a Junior College now. I guess it makes sense though so that he can get his grades better and be eligible for the 2013-14 season. That would be great to have him for 2 seasons. Naz and Monte probably wouldn't be too thrilled about it since he would arrive for Naz's Sophomore and Junior seasons, and then Monte's Freshman and Sophomore seasons. Also this probably wouldn't help our chances with Clayton Custer since Jones would be a senior during his freshman year. If we signed Jones I would imagine Naz or Monte would end up transferring if Jones was the starter.Quote:

They had a lot of Big 12 bodies on last year's squad. My impression was that with the proper coaching (and grades) the team could have been competitive in many major conferences. I think the biggest challenge is to pick the players that will respond to team ball...many of the Juco's try to be the "man".Quote:
