Well the first third of the season we started with Allen at PG. He was terrible. Then we handed it over to Scott. He was terrible. Then Royce finally turned into our point forward. Yeah it was a hard matchup to figure out for coaches and he also made some sweet passes; but he also averaged 4 turnovers a game. This year we won't spend the first third of the season trying to figure out who our PG is and Lucious also won't average 4 turnovers per game. In my eyes that sounds like a better scenario.

So if the girl that accused him is totally full of sh** and he is not guilty, and his court date is in October he won't be playing?

I'm kinda doubting the girl is "full of ****" The report didn't sound good at all.
Bubu and other male pick up girl saying they will take her home. Take her back to other male's place instead....

I know you're innocent before proven guilty but that sounds really, really bad.

I agree with what you're saying. I'm just saying that I think that not having a point guard and using a point forward was a major reason why we were able to beat teams that were considered better than us last year. We won't have that this year. Obviously there are pros and cons for both sides. I was just saying it's not an improvement in every sense of the game.

Yeah i would agree with you also. I'm just more of a traditional offense type of guy i guess.

I know where we finished. I was asking where we were picked. I have a feeling it wasn't in the top half...

I've said this before, but however you want to order it, you have to put a pretty good team 8th. Of the 8 teams not named Texas Tech or TCU, I would probably bet every single one to get to the tournament if they were 3/2 odds to do so. (e.g. I think each team in the top 8 has at least a 40% chance to reach the tournament.)

So don't take it as an insult if people put ISU 8th. We lost three of our top four players, including one of the best players in the country, from the 32nd best team in the country, and haven't gone to the tournament otherwise since 2005. So it's great to be optimistic, but understand why it's also not unreasonable to have ISU 8th.
