Re: RECRUITING: Details on the recruitment of Billy Reader
I like reading, and I like basketball, so I like this.

Kind of ironic that a guy with the last name of Reader struggles with academics.

Trickle down from Washington (and other HS bigs) committing elsewhere.

The more I find out about Reader, the more I like the idea of adding him (or someone like him). As a 4/5 , he brings something the team wont otherwise have - size. Currently, the largest player we have on our roster (for next season) will be Gibson, and he's a sort of finesse player. Billy sounds a little more physical. If he can play defense and rebound - well, we can use that.

Meh, said my peace under article.
Edit: Nevermind, they deleted it. Unbelievable.
I don't like the idea of getting this guy. He averaged 5 minutes as a 2nd year player in the system (Redshirt Freshman) at MONTANA. Unless he has improved a great deal, seems like just a big body.

The content on CF is unrivaled, and it is free. Thanks Chris.

Re: RECRUITING: Details on the recruitment of Billy Reader
With the back court we've assembled, to go along with Niang/Percy/Ejim, we really just needed two physical post players that can rebound and defend in the paint. I think we will get that with Armardi and Reader -or- Daouda.
Scoring is not a concern under Fred, IMO.

Considering that he won't sign until the Spring period, he'll have all year to play, and for Fred to evaluate. Perhaps that will ameliorate your concern.

As for Reader, I'm for Fred getting what he wants. No reason for me not to trust his judgment yet!

I don't see us taking a commitment from Reader until after we see how we sit with the IWCC kid.

Chalmers: Nothing could ameliorate the ineptitude of Principal Skinner. Seymour: I wish he wouldn't use me in every example. -

I'm not sure what you're talking about. Your comment is showing up under the article. Was never deleted.
