iPad/Cyclones TV not working

I'm logged in and trying to watch the game on my iPad using my Cyclone App and it won't come up. I've tried the browser on the iPad and it doesn't work that way either. Works just fine on the computer. So any idea what I'm doing wrong?

All I have is the cyclonestv app and click on live video under the live tab at the bottom?

I have been having the same problem since I last updated the app on 11/5. I sent a message through the feedback option within the app and they gave me the standard delete the app, power down, reinstall the app but it doesn't work. They then stated no one else was having the problem and they couldn't recreate so it is basically my problem. Very disappointed with the customer service and the app.

Not sure...it definitely is working. I've been watching the whole game on Apple TV through the iPad app. I would just try doing a hard restart on your iPad.

Thanks for your suggestions. Tried them all. So far not working. I can get live stats, live audio, but the video won't come up. Newest iPad FYI and my Apple TV is waiting!!!

Can't get mine to work either. Like you audio works, video link just spins.

Everything else works for me too, even the on demand videos just not the live video.

I have the app version 1.4.6 version 1.4.4 worked great and I loved Apple TV but when you can't get live video Apple TV is just an expensive paper weight.

I had to scroll to find the video player at the bottom and then it worked

Workaround I found: click on video in Live...starts spinning. switch to schedule click Audio and and the video pops up. It works the opposite way too. Schedule-->Video-->Live-->Audio

The audio feed starts when you close the video so I had to kill the app, but at least the video pops up.
