He had more interest at the time of Edozie and Armardi's commitments. Neither of those guys had any other offers.
Soumouro did have several offers, some of which were fairly high majors. It's hard to say if either of our guys would have picked up offers by now but their stats aren't eye catching so maybe not.
I will take your word for it...tolerance for risk is impressive for someone at IWCC.
Armadi committed to us before he even played a game. At that time it had been about 21 months since he played a game so that doesn't count.

Why would it? One bad game doesn't change a thing. Iowa will still be a darkhorse B1G championship contender, and Iowa State will be lucky to make the NIT.
