Re: Royce, if you're on here, plese read this
Sometimes I really just want to punch White. Thought this crap was over for awhile..they assign him to the D League and he's still being a dbag. I know it's all about mental health and I understand what he's trying to accomplish, but the pure fact there's not a lot of "knowledge" about it in the NBA is not helping his cause. He's just becoming less attractive to teams, even if he works it out..organizations will still think of him as a problem. The only way out of it is to either be extremely good soon, or play long enough with the Rockets were he shows he's not a problem outside of this little spat.

Has there ever been a worse advocate for something than Royce is for people with anxiety disorders?

Also that guy on Saved by the Bell who got the kids to shoot an anti-drug PSA...turned out he was doing drugs. That guy, Bristol Palin, and Royce.

I'm done. I had some sympathy for him at first, and having been involved with some pro sports franchises in the past, I did not have a lot of trouble believing that some of what he said about the Rockets may be true. No more

What a waste of talent. What a hit at mental health people. What a goat rope. Royce's best hope for his future might be a big screen movie at this point with him doing the score.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style. -

So, it is "unsafe" for the Rockets not letting him pick his own doctor to be the final voice on what is safe for him! The only solution seems to be for both to agree on standards for the Rockets to use in hiring a doctor. I suspect that the Rockets are more interested in getting a professionally qualified mental health expert. Hasn't White said that he wants his family doctor to be it? That seems "unsafe!"
