    He was promoted with the temporary brevet sort of rank, then back to normal after the Civil War.
    It wasn't abnormal in the old days. Patton went from LTC in World War I back down to LT (I think LT) once that war was over.

    Excited about getting Custer, we're looking stacked at G in the future.

    Next up Vaughn, Travis, Abu, Terrell, and throw in Paul White for good measure.
