Yep, we played these games like an eiight place B12 team. Lots of work to do. Lots.

Have you not seen the rest of the Big 12 so far this year? The Big 12 is awful.

UNLV has talent, but I think they will lose some games if they get too cocky and play undisciplined ball. Cinicnnati will end up being very good. They play good team basketball, and they play tenacious D and for a lot of turnovers. Cincy will be the better loss(if there is such a thing) by the end of the year, but UNLV will not be a bad one by any stretch.

Just like Mick Cronin I believe all 4 teams in this tournament will be dancing come march.

Last year at this time, we had Scotty running the point. Fred will figure this out. It think the guys are playing hard on defense and our rebounding was good tonight. We just need to get a little smarter on defense and we need to score when we take it to the rim.

Stating the obvious here, but if these losses didn't happen on back to back days I would feel a lot better about them. We just need to take care of business at home now, and be sure to play good ball against Iowa and Drake and we'll be set up pretty well going into the conference schedule. From there I have faith in Freddy and Co. to use these games as learning experiences just as they did last year.

Amen I'm reacting to what I'm seeing if this kind of play continues we will struggle to beat a lot of teams.
