Re: Following all of our Signed and Committed players
ISU Recruiting Info@ISURecruitLists2014 #Cylcones commit Clayton Custer had 25 points (5-7 3pt FG) for Blue Valley Northwest (KS) tonight in 77-33 win over Gardner (KS) Nick Sloan@NJSloanKCKK-State needed to get Clayton Custer. Bad miss on their part Nick Sloan@NJSloanKCK Clayton Custer is a bad, bad man. He's a steal for Iowa State
Nick Sloan is a blogger in the Kansas City area. Blogs for several different sports/recruiting sites.

Re: Following all of our Signed and Committed players
Can someone verify Amardi's numbers? It says he averages 11.5 minutes per game but averages 8.7 ppg and 6 rpg---those are unreal points per 40 mins and rebounds per 40 minutes!!!

They way they run him on the press, he picks up a lot of fouls so his playing time is greatly reduced because of it. He will be very athletic but a bit of a work in progress offensively. He will fill the need for inside defender and rebounder next season. Hogue will do great filling babbs roll next season with a flash of Clyburn's driving ability. Next year is looking very promising.

I went and watched Matt Thomas last night and I really think we'll stay pretty solid next year despite losing a lot. It'll be tough being so young and losing so much experience, but Thomas is so far ahead of where I would expect him to be. He has great, and I mean AMAZING, body control in his game. He plays very patiently and unselfishly despite being leaps and bounds above anyone else on his offense. He basically just relaxed the first half and let them shut him down with their box and 1 D, but in the second half, he just opened up another gear. He looks to have a great understanding of when to take his shots. Really, really excited to have this kid for the next several years.

I understand Page was amazing, and seemed like he couldn't miss against us ever, But Scotty C was just as good. Magee is just as good this year.
Point is we have a whole team of shooters, I'm not sure I understand this statement.

I'm most worried about someone who can step up on defense when Babb is gone.
