I don't see any problem with it. If that would be better for a player and a program, I'm all for it.

Does anyone know what kind of 3 point shooter he is? Five in a game is good. If Thomas is the McGee of the future (shooting wise) will Morris be the same kind of 3 point shooter as maybe Babb?

Re: Following all of our Signed and Committed players
Anyone know how Monte did in AAU because he just kills all the competition it seems like in high school. Every game seems like a 30 point blowout
**edit** I think Georges was the first I noticed but it seems like all the recruits now are so all in and constantly mention ISU on twitter, I love seeing it

**edit** I think Georges was the first I noticed but it seems like all the recruits now are so all in and constantly mention ISU on twitter, I love seeing it He and another gaurd were the stars of the AAU team. I believe the other gaurd was a MSU commit??? But they made a few big tourney finals. I watched the one he played in Vegas. He did very well on the AAU circuit, and his AAU team was one of the top programs last year. I know PG's usually take a while to develop, but he has the tools to be good as a freshman.

Re: Following all of our Signed and Committed players
I think it needs to be noted too that the fact that he is one of five finalists for the 2013 Michigan Mr. Basketball says as much as anything. He is in this final group which includes all sizes of schools, despite playing for a mid-sized school in a state of nearly 10 million population.
As far as the AAU competition goes........there was this: Flint's Denzell Watts, Monte Morris turning heads during AAU basketball season - MLive.com --Never go to a doctor whose office plants have died. -

Re: Following all of our Signed and Committed players
Morris played on the Michigan Mustangs with Derrick Walton. That's quite the backcourt.
