His talent is amazing. I hope tonight finally taught him to stop jawing at the refs. That technical has been a few games coming.
Did anyone see the scoul (sp) that Niang put on in early on the 1st half. If he keeps that and puts on 15 lbs in the off season that man will be feared by all in the Big 12. When you go into places like that you have to feel like you are the biggest Bad A** on the court. MF, TJ, CS, and RW all played that way. That attitude is awesome to see out of a true freshman.
Here is to not taking so **** from nobody any more! Droppin bows and making throws
:biggrin:The future does look bright,to be sure!!!!!!!!
I haven't seen the team much because they haven't been on TV much, but was really impressed with Niang, just can't say enough good things about him. I also was pleasantly surprised with Lucious, thought he played very well. My son has seen all the games in Hilton, says Lucious is a bit inconsistent, but I'm hoping that was just rust early on from not playing last year. A bit disappointed with Clyburn, but maybe he had a tough matchup. And Babb clearly has one spot on the floor he loves to shoot from, but he drained several there. This team will be fun to watch. Probably has taken them a while to gel as a unit, but that happened last year too. With everyone ragging on him, I just want to say thank you CFH.

2nd in the Big 12 and 85th out of 347 teams nationally. That is in the top quarter nationally. How is that average?
What I really like about him is his confidence already and you can tell he's already emerging as a leader.....the more he keeps learning/growing/improving could lead to a very special player.
From the first game of the year, I have seen this quality in Georges. The chemistry between him and Naz during that first game (who'd we play again?) was really fun to watch in person and I continue to be impressed with CFH's recruiting.
We're going to make a run one of these years at the title. You can bank on it!
I have been a fan of Georges for quite some time. I watched as many of his games at Tilton as I possibly could (they streamed a lot of them). Great player and a great Cyclone.
I can't wait to see him develop along with Sherron Dorsey-Walker. I know he redshirted this year and I hope he stays because he is extremely talented. Add in Morris and Thomas (and I think Dustin Hogue will also be very good for us) for years to come.
