Something obviously happened. There was DNA from Bubu and Cruise present. But what's to say she did something that she regretted? Why did she rip her blouse after she washed it, but told police it was ripped during the act?

My post was mainly referring to him saying that Bubu picked up a random drunk girl so his intentions were automatically bad.

Also, you should speak with Cychotiic. He knows people close to the situation too.

First off I don't know anything more about the case than what I've read in the paper. However it would not be very smart at all for the accuser to tell her friends or anyone else that she was making this up (notice I'm not saying she did make it up) or not have a consistent story. Like others have said Bubu knew this girl and something definitely did happen, might not have been rape though.

I worked with people that graduated with Spencer. He's not the most upstanding guy, but the news articles written about him only tell the police officer's side of the incident and not his. From what I've heard, it's not nearly as bad as the media made it out to be.

By all accounts Spencer Cruise is a *********. I may not have quite the same opinion of Palo as before but I don't think he should be kicked of the team for being with Cruise.

I would love to hear his side of "choking an arresting officer," "body-slamming the officer," and taking the officer's Taser and attempting to use it on him.

Could this possibly negatively affect our recruiting and scholarship situation for next year?

The choking the officer thing was stupid on his part, which is why I don't think he's an upstanding citizen.

The rest of this is from someone that was at the party: The "body-slamming" was Officer Spoon (who is like 5'5") trying to force his way into the house and Cruise slamming the door on him trying to prevent him coming through the door (that's when his earpiece broke). Spoon's foot was in the door and was pulling his taser out and tried to use it through the door when Cruise kept pushing the door shut, and Spoon tased his own hand and then claimed Cruise tried to use it on him.

Again, that was from someone at the party, not my account. I believe the truth lies somewhere the middle of what I was told and what the media reported.

But yes, Cruise is a piece of work.

Why on earth would we reinstate this guy. It's a privilege, not a right. We already had enough sloppy play and TOs before. We are just starting to gel and you being this worthless Pos back.
