Look, I know who the girl was and she was pretty specific about what happened with her friends, and there really wasn't any question in her mind what happened. At this point, I say we all just say ok, happy for Bubu this is over for him, and we just go on our way.

Something obviously happened. There was DNA from Bubu and Cruise present. But what's to say she did something that she regretted? Why did she rip her blouse after she washed it, but told police it was ripped during the act?

My post was mainly referring to him saying that Bubu picked up a random drunk girl so his intentions were automatically bad.

First off I don't know anything more about the case than what I've read in the paper. However it would not be very smart at all for the accuser to tell her friends or anyone else that she was making this up (notice I'm not saying she did make it up) or not have a consistent story. Like others have said Bubu knew this girl and something definitely did happen, might not have been rape though.

I worked with people that graduated with Spencer. He's not the most upstanding guy, but the news articles written about him only tell the police officer's side of the incident and not his. From what I've heard, it's not nearly as bad as the media made it out to be.

Bubu knew this girl from high school and had a previous sexual relationship with her. She was drunk and sent him a text for a ride home. I wish people would stop assuming that all girls are innocent and wouldn't engage in any "sexual acts".

I am so unsure about this. Sure Bubu was cleared, but I think this brings on just bad press. I was a college student recently, and no one with good intentions picks up a college girl in his car that he doesn't know.

The choking the officer thing was stupid on his part, which is why I don't think he's an upstanding citizen.

The rest of this is from someone that was at the party: The "body-slamming" was Officer Spoon (who is like 5'5") trying to force his way into the house and Cruise slamming the door on him trying to prevent him coming through the door (that's when his earpiece broke). Spoon's foot was in the door and was pulling his taser out and tried to use it through the door when Cruise kept pushing the door shut, and Spoon tased his own hand and then claimed Cruise tried to use it on him.

Again, that was from someone at the party, not my account. I believe the truth lies somewhere the middle of what I was told and what the media reported.

But yes, Cruise is a piece of work.
