We could lose any road game if we get the same slow start we did last night. On the other hand, we had a good road start at Kansas.

If we can get out of that stretch 3-1, it sets us up very nicely. Then we have back to back home games against OU and Baylor.

Protect our home court, steal a couple on the road and we should be cruising into the NCAA tournament.

According to Kenpom's predictor, ISU should win 2.78 of the next 4 games, 16% chance of winning all 4. I fully expect 3.2 to 3.5 wins though.

K-State will be tough. Their front line looks like a linebacker crew. The kind of team that gives ISU fits. It's good that the first game against them is at home.

OSU will be tough at home. They have not lost only once there this year, a one-point loss to a very good Gonzaga team. Gonzaga has also beaten Oklahoma, K-State, West Virginia and Baylor this year. They are 5-0 against the Big 12.

All 4 games are winnable for ISU, but they have to play better than they did last night. They have to rebound better, especially defensively, and they have to play for 40 minutes.

We could go 2-2 and then reel off 8 straight. Postseason will hinge on the end result, not a single game here or there. You guys make me chuckle derisively.

Sorry, I thought the Gonzaga game was in Washington. Still.....they lost by one point at home to a very good Gonzaga team. It will be a tough matchup for ISU on the road.
