Booker
I feel that Booker lacks emotion each and every game. Maybe I just don't know his personality...

Re: Booker
But he fills that Railey role so darned well!

Re: Booker
I usually don't say things like this, but it seems pretty obvious he has a bad attitude.

Re: Booker
He seems like he is pouting out there all the time and plays like it too.

Re: Booker
Was just thinking this...Last year he gave a ****...I remember a technical foul against OSU... what happened to that guy... Hope he isnt giving up

Re: Booker
Did you not watch the WVa game?

Re: Booker
Does this kind of thread really need to be started after every game?

Re: Booker
Difficult player to root for IMHO

Re: Booker
He looks like he doesn't care. If you follow him on Twitter, a couple weeks ago or a month (whenever he lost his starting job) he had a ton of tweets that were like "not really too happy anymore" "Only 3 more months left" stuff like that.

Re: Booker
Good lord. Can we give this a rest. The guy fills a role we NEED going down the stretch. Lay off him. Cripes.

I don't deny that he may feel that way, but I don't remember seeing those tweets. Are those direct quotes?

Yeah its a shame he isnt giving 100% but screw him lets be happy that Niang has taken to the 5 spot so well and has really provided the team with the glue and identity it needs. Teams where the starters are all perimiter oriented players can look really awkward. So good job Hoiberg and Niang for making it work they deserve a ton of credit.
He is just a body right now and lets us have a nice 8 man rotation. McGee is great off the bench so the bench as a whole the bench is acceptable even if Booker and Percy are disappointing.
Niang is awesome ISU actually doesn't need a legit big for 4 more years with him around.

Re: Booker
There was a thread on this after last game. Booker is our best post defender (Hoiberg's words). Today he wasn't having stupid fouls, such as trying to block every shot. I think he will have a very important role as the season progresses. Percy also hasn't been himself the last two games. A little slump for each of them I suppose, but they are much needed this season.
