Statistical anomaly as I didn't think the zebras did that bad of a job. TCU kind of just let us go where we wanted to go.

I think both. We didnt play like we needed to get to the free throw line, but the refs did not seems balanced and consistent with their calls.

Exactly right. Refs were fine IMO. It's not the refs fault that we don't go inside and TCU does. It's not the refs fault that we never block out, so TCU gets tons of offensive rebounds and then we foul them on their putbacks.

We are a perimeter team and TCU isn't. That is why the big difference. But I feel we need to get to the FT line somehow in order to be a better team.

I'm really getting tired of the Big 12 sending the B-list officiating crews to do ISU games. 22-3 free throws is a joke considering how many two point attempts ISU had.

If I was a betting man I would say that Fred was telling the guys to foul instead of allowing points in the paint. We thought we had free throw shooting problems in the beginning of the season... TCU is on a whole other level of being terrible at free throws.... Good strategy if you ask me.
