Melvin Ejim is my favorite player ISU player of all time. Prior to that was Jeff Hornacek.

If he continues to improve over the next year, the outlook for next year would be significantly different.

Well deserved, indeed. MVP of this team so far; he's pretty close to averaging a double-double (he's had 8 of them so far, including 4 of his last 5).

So stupid. West Virginia-TCU gets ESPN2 on Wednesday, while the top two teams in the conference are forced to hear Dave fking Armstrong yack it up on the intertoobs.

I still instinctively cringe when I see Ejim take a shot from behind the arc, but he has a 3pt% of .419 (2nd only to Tyrus' .453 on the team). It's impressive how much he's improved in that area...has CFH said anything about this in any of his press conferences?

He's so consistently outstanding that he almost goes unnoticed until you look at the box score. He is the foundation of the team.

I understand the desire to put some teams on other than KU for Big Monday, and despite UT-OU not carrying much, in theory the nation views OU-UT as a brand name match-up. But why not move UT-OU to the 5:30 eastern game? KSU-KU prime-time with two of the top players in the country in a good environment? And yes, if it were ISU in Baylor's or Ok St shoes, I would be against being moved to a regional broadcast on Tuesday.

Glad Melvin is getting recognition. I absolutely love the intensity he brings to the glass. Like the instance during the TCU game when he tipped it back up about 3 times before finally putting it in.
