Booker still sucks, don't know why PG isn't getting more PT.
If you take away first base, they'll just go find a new ballpark to play in.

Not sure about starting Tyrus. I think he has proven him self worthy of that spot, but I like him coming off the bench. Gives us a little spark.

It's WAY different to bench someone is has 0 production for a guy who comes in and starts averaging 11 pts and 5 rbs, than it is to replace someone averaging 9 and 3 for a guy avgeraging 12 and 3. The only thing booker has really been good for this year is to get two quick fouls and go back to the bench.

Yep, we fell into our old inefficient ways. We played like it was UMKC was the opponent. The coach does need to get his players to play smarter. Was the KU game a one time flash?
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style.

The only thing Babb needs to do more of is drive to the basket. He has underrated drive and finishing skills at the rim and is a load for the smaller guard who usually D him up.

Other than that, Chris, keep up the good work.

    This.

If we start Tyrus, then we basically have no bench. Tyrus has proven he is the spark plug for this team. The team goes as Tyrus goes. Im not sure anybody else on the team could impact the game like Tyrus does coming off the bench.
We lost, I know, but it isnt the end of the world. Instead of trying to blame one person or another, how about we put faith in CFH and his coaching skills. He will learn form this, get the team turned around and ready for the next game.

Re: Where is Babb this Year?

I don't know all that much about how the team is playing defensively but team defense/help defense can greatly influence how an individual plays defense against his man. If Babb thinks he's having to constantly watch the defense behind him it could cause him to be a little out of position on his man or affect how he might normally try to funnel his man from one side to the other. I don't know if this is the case I just thought I'd put it out there in case somebody who knows how the team defense is playing.

Why don't you ask McGruder where Babb is? God this thread was stupid.

Re: Where is Babb this Year?

People need to give the "McGee needs to start" thing a rest. Fred has said countless times that he likes Tyrus coming off the bench. Not to mention that McGee is a bad defender, and Babb is one of the best in conference.

I agree...he did great when he drove the ball in. He has more ways to contribute to the offense than spot shooting the 3. Very solid game for Babb today.
