Re: Iowa State at Oklahoma State predictions
We've been playing really good team defense the last few games, that has to continue against a team with as much athleticism as Okie St. I think this one is a lot like the last couple in this series, down to the wire but the home team makes more plays:
OSU 66
ISU 63
I think Tyrus is due to for a big game in his home state, how he shoots will be the X factor.

He sealed the win for them in Stillwater with a block of Chris Allen's layup at the buzzer, right after he drained a fadeaway jumper to take the lead on the previous possession. Oh, and he drilled something like six or seven threes. The guy is a beast once he gets going. I hope he pulls a disappearing act on Wednesday.

Yeah, Nash is a stud! Wonder how Coach Ford was able to attract such a speciman to Stillwater??? Hmmm!!!!

Re: Iowa State at Oklahoma State predictions
If we had a time machine, went back to '92, got the Dream Team, brought them back to today, and gave them ISU uniforms, they would lose to a squad of quadriplegics in OK State uniforms, if the game was played in GIA.
There is no way in hell we win.

Re: Iowa State at Oklahoma State predictions
OSU is super athletic with Smart, Nash, and Markel Brown. ISU is coming off a great team effort and I think they are finding their stride. Also, I think Hoiberg is a better coach than Ford.
ISU finally wins at GIA 84-77!
(Side note: Saturday's game versus Baylor at Hilton is important to keep them winless in their history in Ames!!)

Can ISU win? Depends if Jekyll or Hyde shows up.

Re: Iowa State at Oklahoma State predictions
I'm convinced we play to the level of our opponent. There can't be any way we play that well at KU, Lose to TT, and win vs. Purple Kansas. I think ISU puts out a good effort, but from what little I've seen about Okie State, they will be ready to play too. However, a win at GIA gives us another one of those "quality wins."
OSU 58
ISU 55
