Actually its a no brainer. I didn't have to think at all about the math and the right answer. WHat I struggled with and took my time with, was dumbing it down enough that someone capable of your stupidity could understand it. LOL. Please you give good cyclones a bad name. I will. I thought they came out with the right energy and effort to win the game, but much like the KU game this year, they didn't finish down the stretch. Niang being the bench towards the end of the game due to foul trouble certainly didn't help, but seeing Babb turn it on tonight is encouraging.
Guys played a solid game last night, except for the one area that's been plaguing us all year - turnovers. 17 is way too many, even with 18 assists or whatever we had.
Clyburn running point against Smart wasn't...um...smart (sorry). One steal from that (maybe 2? I'll have to re-watch). At least they stopped that after one or 2 tries. Bubu did fine, Lucious did fine. Most of the turnovers were double-dribble, travel, etc types...which happens when you're playing fast and trying to outscore the other team.
There was a stretch in the second half where it was literally like 4 possessions every 30 seconds...up and down the floor just jacking up shots on both sides. Volleyball rebounding. Out of control defense leading to fouls. Just ugly.
Overall though - I still liked the effort our guys threw out there - just wish that we hadn't gotten taken out of the game at the end like we did.
