12 wins seems....

I know the team can do it and hopefully the weekend and will make me feel better but .....

12 wins seems so damn far away.

here's hoping we can make it in on 10 like Tx did last year.

Win and get in. There's no juggernaut at the 1 seed this year, so even if we get 8/9 who knows what can happen.

You are probably wrong. Do you want to stop at ten and feel safe? Most likely we could win the NIT this year. 10-8 and maybe an opening game B12 tournament loss with three losses in non conference means very much bubble team.

Texas still got an 11 seed on 10 conference wins...I don't want to settle for 10 wins...but I still think we'd be in with 10

We don't have "Texas" across our chest. Thus, only 10 wins would NOT get us in the tourney.

The committee just didn't put Texas in just beacause they were Texas. It's not like that. Texas was good enough to get in last year and they did...Just like we will be.

That would put us at 22-9 (12-6). If this happens (which I doubt), then we are in. More likely we will need to win a couple games in the Big 12 tourney to get in the NCAA.

We're definitely going to have to pick it up in a MAJOR way on the road, if we are going to hit 12 (or even 10 really). I obviously hope we win at least 12, but I think it's unlikely at this point.

We get 11 we're in. We are at most one game off of where we should be with the loss to Tech but losing to OSU and Kansad on the road? Never bet against a streak. Kansas St. makes up for half the TT loss at least. We really need to pick up a few on the road but we still have some winnable games left. We played the two worst places to play at so the chance of winning can only get better from here.

If we win 11 between the conference slate and the B12 tourney, we will go. If we only 10, it's possible, but I certainly will be nervous on selection Sunday, and we'll probably need some help from some other bubble teams.

This team probably has about as good a shot at winning the NC as they do the NIT. I like this team, but they're not gonna to show up with effort to enough NIT games to win it.
