The announcers always point out how good Fred's coaching is on the inbounds play and they always credit his NBA experience. But Johnny Orr was THE MASTER at the inbounds play. It's hard to imagine that that isn't where the importance of the inbounds play was instilled in Fred.

You guys obviously never saw Johnny's teams. If you had, you would know what I'm talking about. And I'm not that old. I saw Fred play when I was a student.

Johnny's last season was nearly 20 years ago... that's why you wont hear much about him. Some current players werent even alive when he last coached.
