Big game for the Big 12 standings - need to keep that momentum going and solidify a spot in the top half of the conference.

Might be a little early to bring it up, but I'm really hoping for the upset this Saturday night at "purple Kansas"
We are running out of opportunity for a quality win on the road this year. We're going to need it for a better seeding in the big dance. (Oh yes, we are going!)

We he says win out he doesn't just mean regular season. He means the rest of our (hopeful) 19 games

Huge game for our Cyclones!

So Texas / WV is a big Monday game and we're on ESPNU. Makes sense.

I'm still disappointed that Ray Lewis didn't rip off someone's arm and have it as a snack between plays. I could use a pick-me-up tonight.

They played Kstate real tough in Norman... hope they're still worn out and we dominate them.
We're due for a huge shooting game.

OU won't be a pushover. Need to keep our focus and play like we have shown we can play.

I'm worried about tonight only. Not overly worried, just standard issue worried.

There are now clear 6 team demarkation lines in both the Big Ten and Big 12, not that somebody couldn't rise into the top or drop out.
The loser of our game tonight will be hanging off the cliff by one finger.

Considering UT and WVa were picked around 5-6 range, and OU/ISU in the 7-8 in many preseason by most outlets (and B12 coaches), it probably made sense to put that game on Big Monday instead of this one when schedules were set.

In shorter-term, ISU can beat OU to be alone in third place (at least for two days).
Huge week of opportunity.
