Safe to say by now that Hoiberg's got an offensive bias, and "make what you can of the defense" philosophy. Which as a fan who wants to be entertained - is fine by me.
This fills the Hilton. Would we sell out if we played like TCU even if we won?
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style.

You can get away with that when you have a stopper like Babb. That's why I am hoping Okoro grows into that role.
Reading that analysis it kept bringing my mind back to a Dedric Willoughby comparison. There was really no other perimeter threat to speak of, he jacked up a ton of threes and still made a decent percentage of them. That is asking a lot of a kid and frankly Fred's teams have had weapons so no one has to be what Dedric had to be. Still the descripton of his role on his current team fit the Dedric comparison quite a bit.
"There are five real good recruits in the state. We got three of them. One couldn’t get into school, and the other went to (the University of) Iowa...which is about the same thing." - Coach Johnny Orr

Agreed, it's hard to overestimate how much Babb affects the game. Tim Floyd defensive philosophy has always been to remove the primary scorer and make the rest of them beat you. With Babb, the team gets that nearly every game.
