We already have to play UNI at Wells Fargo, why on earth would we play two games on a neutral court in the state of Iowa in the same year? This needs to be a home and home series.

I would love a home and home, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't take a neutral court game, especially if it was a once off.

Of course I wouldn't be in favor of a neutral-away split. A return neutral game for them near their place would be good still. ISU having a strong non conference schedule is something that would really help the program IMO.

Agreed. I don't get why people want non-conference schedules that are filled with easy teams. One of the big reasons why we've been on the bubble the past two years is because our non-conference schedules have been soft. That doesn't mean you have to schedule top 25 teams every game but you shouldn't be scheduling 7 200+ RPI teams, either.

What an outrageous statement. Completely absurd that you would think this wouldn't be a ridiculous coup. A "neutral court" game 30 miles from Ames in an arena we play in every year 1,000 miles away from UNC would be an absolute gift to Iowa State.

And how would additional losses have helped us? We've needed easier teams in Nov\Dec, as neither year of the last 2 were we ready then.
