I didn't know he had offers from Purdue and WVU. I think K-State was interested as well.

I think the real reason SDW redshirted: Chris Babb, Will Clyburn, Tyrus Mcgee. No more minutes to go around at the SG position with the 3 seniors ahead of him.

We believe this because of common sense. Bubu comes back from suspension and without practicing with the team for over a month, plays before Naz within 2 weeks. That is why people believe he will play in front of him next season as well.

Re: Whats everyone know about this KJ Bluford?
To the people wondering about Percy starting. It was on the call-in show a few weeks back. Fred was talking about next year and losing all the seniors. Said Percy has a shot to start at the 5 if they decided to go bigger with Ejim and Niang at the 3 and 4.
Percy certainly has a shot to start. Who knows what he will work on this off season. He could come back with better defense and passing ability.

Re: Whats everyone know about this KJ Bluford?
Long played very comparably to Lucious in the Capital City league. He showed the skill to play basketball... He just wasn't ready to play his freshman year which is common. I'm pretty confident he's learning quite a bit his first year. Bubu was just leaps and bounds ahead of him after being here a few years already even if he was off a month.
He might not be ready to start next year, but he will be better and ready to see some minutes. Not an elite talent, but he has more talent than Bubu.
Bubu is similar to Niang, smart enough to overcome in Niangs case lack of proper size. Niang was ahead of a normal freshman, Long was a normal freshman.
