Places to watch the Iowa State vs Kansas game in Iowa City?

Hi, I'm going to be in Iowa City tonight and would like to watch ISU. Our hotel does not offer ESPNU and I was just wondering if any of you guys who live in Iowa City would know a place where the ISU game would be on.

Going to be tough since Hawks play at a similar time. Closest alumni group is in CR. Wild wings will likely show game, but audio will likely be on big10 game.

Sounds like a favor, I'm not sure who's calling the game but they will probably be getting off on Kansas all game.

The BWW wings in Coralville is my go to spot for games in that area. But as tcon1250 pointed out the Hawks will also be playing later on this evening. So you might have a tough time keeping the game on any of the big TVs after halftime.

Good Luck. Last time I tried that down there, we walked into vacant bar after vacant bar, early on a Saturday night and kept getting told 'we don't get that channel' before the people even knew what channel they needed. It is like they have all been trained to give that answer automatically if an ISU person walks in the door. Jerks. Oh well, 6th or 7th bar got a crap load of business and a huge tip when they turned on our game.

BWW in Coralville even switched the audio from the B10 game to ours yesterday. Will likely be a tougher sell in the evening, however. I'm sure they will at least have it on though.

Mondos Sports Bar on the Coralville strip has been good. You might have to ask them to switch to the game, though. Make them put it on before they take your order. I watched the ISU/KSU football game there which was the same time as the Iowa/MSU game (which was a great game for hawk fans). They put it on like 4 TVs for us, which worked out pretty good because most UI fans were interested in the ISU game, as well. Highly recommended and very pleasant management and really good food in a clean environment.

If you're in Eastern Iowa,ESPNU may be blacked out,the game has been picked up by Mediacom 22 for showing in eastern Iowa.
And yes,Musberger and Fran will call the rest of Big 12 tourney games on t.v.
