KU home game

Is it me or why does it seem that KU always gets to play a "home" game by playing in Kansas City every year? I'm thinking they played in Kansas City last year or the year before as well. My apologies if I'm wrong but it seems like they are always playing in the tournament where they have a home court advantage. I HATE KU & cry baby Self!!!

The perks of being a #1/#2 seed. When you're good, you get to play close to home.

Were we to get up there, we'd play close to home too.

Exactly how it works. Higher the seed, the more work they put in to make sure you're close to home.

Well, when you are usually a 1 or a 2 seed, that's what happens. When ISU was a 2 seed in 2000, they played in Minneapolis. It's not giant a conspiracy.

Like everyone said, that is one of the perks, even more so lately since the NCAA is trying to keep teams closer to home. Now, if you wanted to complain about KU getting a #1 seed, I'd understand that. I'm still baffled how they are considered team with the 2nd best resume in the tourney. I know I'm somewhat biased against them, but I usually look at all this as a Big12 Homer, and I really see them being a #2 this year.
