Can't think of the name, which goes with the geezer persona: There was a big kid in KC with a mutual interest in ISU. Scheduled an official visit for the OK game. Then his offer went to Mann and Hamilton. Canceled visit? KU was interested also. Waiting until spring. Is he a candidate for the Vette scholarship? Anybody know who/what I am talking about?

I dont know who he is. But I think brister and vettes scholarship should be both given to jucos to helpe preserve the 2010 class hopefuls. Plus having some immediate help wouldnt be a bad thing

What's the word on Pomlee?? Anyone hear how his grades are progressing?

From what I've heard and read in the QC Times it wasn't so much Pomlee's grades as much as it was the blood clot in his leg.

I agree. I think we need to a good Juco point guard and post player. We need to get better fast. I personally getting tired of waiting to get better next year. And I think Harrison Barnes is going to want to go to a successful program. And right now, we aren't that.
