Yeah, for real. But that's asking a lot with us fans. :)

Part of me is interested to see our progress so far this year tested when we face KU. Another part of me wishes we could just pass on that one, in order to avoid crushing our confidence.

But if...if...we're able to do the unthinkable and upset KU...well that'll be just amazing for our guys. Dangerous too, for a young group.

And dangerous for this site...I can only imagine the euphoria after that one. Just as I can imagine the meltdown should we get a major beat-down (anyone recall the mayhem following last year's game at KU?).

Hope Craig gets on his jet shoes when Kansas rebounds. The team will have to get back on defense immediately.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style.

I'll be happy with 2 wins, but it's definetly possibe to come out of this with 3, just don't ask me where that 3rd one comes from.

3-3. Possibly 4 if we pick one up at KSU.

    Re: Next 6 games

I think we have a reasonable chance at 3 wins there. We played Texas reasonably last year and we shut down durant but augistin had a career night. So as long as we play some solid D and nobody else steps up big, with that and having the home court this year I think we could have a chance.

Seeing all these predictions reminds me why people freak out when we lose. We're going to beat Texas? We're going to beat KSU on the road? The meltdown on this board is going to be DEFCON 5.

ISU could win three but I don't even want to see the KU game if ISU keeps it within 20 I'll be happy.

We have a better chance at home vs. Texas than on the road vs. K. State. Unless Beasley picks up 2 early ones. Then all bets are off.

Haha.... I forgot, message board geeks are supposed to talk sports one game at a time. Our internet speculation has huge bearing on the games

I don't see KSU being as dominant as everyone says they are. I have watched them twice. I was really impressed on Saturday, but not so much before that.

There is no reason to think we don't have at least a decent shot at beating Texas or Texas A&M at home. I think we will get at least one of those games.

AT gets such good defensive position that he may be a big key against Michael Beasley as foul trouble will be expected for our forwards. Rashon will have to deal with Walker. All in all, we may match up okay against KSU whether we win or not.

    Re: Next 6 games

A&M would be much tougher @ home then Texas. Its still gillespies players and kind of his system being played down there now. Texas has augustine but has struggled in a few important games.
