Re: The Turning Point in the Season
Bramlege is loud because it's so small! It seems tiny to me every time I'm there. Makes Hilton seem huge. I really hate how they have bleachers. Hilton is much better!

If we're tabbing this game, a road conference bout with a pretty solid team, as our turning point of the season - I'm a bit worried.

If that happens, I think we have a decent chance at getting a win.
But, if they are focused on us, i think they will win by about 10. The last time we played a team that was a double digit favorite over us and had Kansas on their schedule after us, we put the hurt on them pretty good (and KU ridiculed them for it). Hopefully K-State is looking ahead to their matchup with KU and we do the that 'cats what we did to the Tigers.

Bleachers would blow
We used to go down to kemper and to me that seemed small but capacity on that was round 17,000 jeesh
It is to early to say that this is the turning point. We need a good showing at least to get some momentum into som winnable games. But if we lose all is not lost for the season.

I've never thought Bramlage was small. It always seemed pretty good sized to me, just big and quiet. I think Hilton's separated balcony & parquet give the illusion that it's bigger than it is.

Re: The Turning Point in the Season
I'm going to the KSU game this weekend with about 3 other interns after deciding to not go to the KU game. Look for us in the KSU student section... LOL!

Re: The Turning Point in the Season
brackins or jiri has to guard beasley, and rashon has to guard walker... if we can slow those two down, im willing to take the risk letting the rest of the team get shots

Re: The Turning Point in the Season
After watching Jiri and Craig and Alex against Kansas, at KiSsU, I would lay back and clog the area around the net. KU scored most of their points from 2 feet out. Our bigs were shoved around quite a bit after the stupid refs called a bunch of fouls in the first 12 minutes. The mi-nute fouls made Jiri and Craig play soft around the bucket for the rest of the game.
Wayne Hightower must have been one of the refs. I swear.
If Rashon had been in a Jailer-Hawk uniform, he would have been given foul shots for the submarining when he fell. Nope. Notta.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style.
