    Baylor and Texas A&M Rankings

    Can someone tell me why Baylor who is 4-0 in conf and 16-2 overall isn't ranked but A&M is 1-3 in conf and 15-4 overall is ranked #16. Do basketball teams not fall like flies when they lose like in football?

    Yeah, they don't change until Monday. If baylor wins this weekend, they're ranked for sure.

    Baylor is #25 in one poll, mind you. Also, voters were making sure that Baylor was for real... their name doesn't carry a lot of weight, where as A&M has built a basketball rep for a couple years now. It's sad that it's done that way, but after A&M has lost 3 in a row now and Baylor hasn't lost in a while, the rankings will better demonstrate come Monday.

    And before A&M started losing they were ranked 9th. 2 losses on the road in the toughest conference and they drop 7 places
