Bergan beats Boys Town for the 2nd time in a week

It was not nearly as good of a game as last Saturday. The final score was 63-50 with Bergan leading the entire game. Wes had 29 for the night on 10 of 19 shooting and 9 of 9 for free throws. There were a lot of fouls called tonight with Wes having 2 in the 1st 1:30 and 3 by half time.

We are still planning a Cyclone get together on Feb. 9 in Omaha before Bergan's game. More details to follow.

Interesting match-up for Wes on Saturday night. Bergan is playing against the #2 ranked team in the class above theirs - Ainsworth, which also has a Division I recruited guard.

Jesse Carr of Ainsworth has signed a LOI with Colorado State. The Carr kid had interest from K State, Nebraska, and Wichita State.

For all you die hards making the road trip over to Lincoln for the game Saturday, you might want to consider driving on to Grand Island (about 1 and 15 west) for Wes' 7:15 game Saturday night.
