Every game is huge from here on out and we need to take them one at a time beginning with Nebbie. This is a must win if this team has ANY shot at finishing 8-8 and in the upper half.
Any small chances at post season play hinge on a win today IMO as well.
I have not followed Nebraska at all this year. How has their big guy (Maric?) been playing? I was impressed with their coach at his previous stop. Nebraska seems like a no-win job in terms of basketball.
I'm most interested in seeing how guys like Haluska, Lee, and CJ perform. They're going to be key for us to make any kind of noise and think about some upsets later in the year (like next week).
One of the guards that is getting the playing time for Wes has to score in double figures. Whether that be Huluska, Lee or even Diante but one of them has to step up for us to have any chance at winning todays game.
I totally agree, this game is HUGE! I think to go to the NIT we need to go atleast 5-5 and win 1 in the Big 12 tourney. I look at our schedule and see a good chance to go 5-5 but it we have to win on the road at Nebbie and Colorado to do it. Come on Clones, let's do this thing!!
Have you send the cornhusker lineup? Four guards and the big man in the middle. Brackins is going to present a very difficult matchup for them. Their big guy can't guard both Yuri and Brackins at the same time.

I agree. In my estimation, the matchup of Brackins and Rahshon are key in this game. ISU should have a significant advantage in both. We need Brackins shot to drop this game (he was really unlucky more than anything else against CU), and we need Rahshon to give us offensive putbacks and stretch defenders out to the three point line.
