Nebraska Game Sold Out.

That's because fans in this state (Nebraska) can't bear to associate themselves with a losing program. You think they would still sell out Memorial Stadium after a couple of 2 or 3 win seasons? They cheer for Husker football, volleyball, and baseball because they win (for the most part), and they cheer for Creighton in bball for the same reason. God forbid they support all NU programs, win or lose.

I was in Lincoln visiting a friend while ISU was playing nebraska on Feb. 2. After watching the first half on TV we decided to go to a sports bar to catch the second half since we wanted to have a few beers. Not sure of the name of the bar but it was huge with about 40-50 TVs on. Not one of them had the game on. My buddy asked the bartender if he could change it to the game and he said "what game?". This was a game being played IN LINCOLN! I could understand maybe some other town in nebraska but not in lincoln. Unreal. They have all the money in the world in that program to support a highly successfull basketball team if they wanted one. After giving everyone in the bar all kinds of crap about it we had to go and lose the damn game. They still didn't care. Oh well.

You would think they would care about their basketball too since there is nothing else to do in Nebraska.

You wont see many fusker fans there. I went looking for tickets and found 4. When i got them i noticed that they were tickets set aside for fusker fans. It will be great to see that many CYCLONE Fans in one place. Lets show those very few cornchuckers who show up what a real packed house sounds like. GOOOOOO CYCLONES!!

I agree, and now that we have Wesley back in there after his ankle injury. We should be able to stomp them this time with a whole team.

I agree, Nebraska looked awful over there in Lincoln. That tells you how bad we played. I'll be surprised if we don't win by around 15. That's kind of how this series has gone.
