Offense starts with the ball being brought up the court. I don't know of many styles of offense that are designed to be run with the point guard trying to maintain his dribble in the center circle. I can't blame Petey, he really does not have the tools to be a D1 PG. Diante is too raw. Its not like football where you can cover up a bad QB with a strong running game.

It was quite amazing we played so close...

You know what really pisses me off about all of this? I'll still be parked in front of my TV for every other game this year, living and dying with every game.
It's like I'm sick and there's no cure. Well, winning would be a cure, but unfortunately it seems like the pharmacist has plain run out of W pills.

On the bright side of things, half the game my mind was wandering as I worked my way through the SI Swimsuit issue thread.

We have become the doormat of the Big 12. When you are "hoping" to beat the Skers at home, you are not even an average bball team. I just don't understand our substitution patterns, and this 30% shooting garbage is ridiculous.

I too turned it off and tuned into Glenn Beck. Much better decision, because I would be real p***ed right now. I really think I can't watched anymore games this year.
I was going to start Season 3 of Lost after the season but I think it's safe to say the season is over. Too bad we don't play in the Big 11.

You can't play defense against a free throw!

I think I have to stop watching as well, because my poor ferret gets freaked out everytime I watch an ISU game, what with me yelling, swearing, and pounding on the table and all. | | |
