Have you watched any games the last two years? The point guard almost always comes down, passes to one side, screens away, and fades to the corner... If he did it wrong then so has Diante and Petey.

they have switched it up a little since last year cause i honestly havent seen any offense this year. they hang in the corner for a little bit and either cut or head to the top at least thats what it looks like??? Corey just didnt want to play anyones ball but his thats why he left

You know you're my boy Tony, but I'm going to have to disagree with you. The offense may have changed this year, but not that much. If you watch the games from last year all Rahshon did was run the baseline back and forth. That's it. And all Corey did was pass, and go stand to the side. Jiri just tried to post up, and Mike T just drove the lane or came down and popped up a three. Wes got most his points from offensive put backs. Sad to say, but there is actually MORE offensive movement this year than last. Now, if only it would work to get someone open.

"I'm not sure if he was big enough to drive in the Big 12."

"That is not to say he's not talented... probably just not to run with the Big 12 caliber of player."

"Our lack of success is due to a lack of talent, not a lack of coaching."

"Ask yourself as a coach if you would really want all 5-10 155 pounds of Cory McIntosh flying into the lane in the Big 12."

"Corey is having success but not at the bigtime level. He apparently has some talent but he IS showing it against a league several rungs down the ladder."

Wow...if you make similar comments on this site about players that are coming to ISU you will be vilified and called names. I guess anyone that leaves ISU is "open game". Very hypocritical in my opinion.

I cheer for two teams, Iowa State and whoever is playing the hawkeyes.

Can we just forget about that argument we had about Eikie? Everytime anyone is criticized, someone has to allude to it. Let bygones be bygones.

Amber u butt lol i thought i was making a point but I will have to recant my statement when i think about it more they do hang out there to long. Why does GMAC tend to do that it would seem alot better move more often but obviously Im not a D1 coach haha

I think trashing a guy that gave his all to our program for a year is a load of crap. Corey is averaging almost 20 a game. Do you think there's a small chance that if he was given a little more control over the offense he may have done more? If I remember correctly his numbers went up as the season went on. This was still during the Mike Taylor show. I believe if he would have stayed, we would have won more games this year. MacIntosh is all class.

Maybe what Corey MEANT to say was the he did not get to decide what motions he used on offense. Mac' UNI teams seemed to move well and score enough points. We are in year 2 people.
