I don't care if we score 0 in a half if we get a W at the end.

Plus, I agree with you about the threes. Heh, alright, I never know if I belong in that group or not. I get frustrated when we play like that and this is a good place to let off some steam.
First half NU 24 ISU 11
Second half NU 5 ISU 25
Quite a turnaround!

Not that I disagree that the first 20 minutes shouldn't have been better, but as long as we were close enough that we could pull even in the second half, who cares? The halftime score isn't what I care about.

I don't care if we score 0 in a half if we get a W at the end. I agree, the W is the most important thing. However, you won't win many games playing like we did in the first half, no matter how well you play in the second half.
No matter how you cut it, that first half was atrocious.

No matter how you cut it, that first half was atrocious. Never said it wasn't atrocious, but I also didn't go and curl up in the fetal position while I quietly said "Mommy" over and over.

Re: MBB: Nebraska @ ISU Game thread
With a first half like that we would have been down at least 20 to most Big 12 teams. It might work out today and against Colorado but obviously we need to play better throughout the whole 40.
My buddy just texted me from the game saying he was glad to see us "regressing to the mean on our 3 point shooting". Stats nerd...
