I miss Gary Thompson

After seeing and listening to the analyst that have called our games this year I really miss Gary Thompson. Gary was very intelligent about the game and called the game well giving credit where credit was due but you always knew he was a clone.

Re: I miss Gary Thompson

I grew up watching the games with him doing the commentary. I never knew what a big deal he really was, but he was a great commentator.

Around here, we've had it really good, and a lot of people never really knew it.

I very much agree. I miss listening to Gary do the games. Tremendous knowledge of the game, and called it fairly, though with a hint of lean towards the good guys.

Gary looked to still be in pretty good shape as well, a couple nice baskets and a steal! Good to see him out there.

Patrick who?
